FEATURES="hooks" likely cannot be set by make.defaults, so we'll need to put that into make.conf

We need to do the post-install squashfs-portage setup ourselves, which is basically creating a few directories. This should be possible in rootoverlay.

We'll want to add instructions to the release notes about how to set up usb0 networking.

We'll want to add the following to the stage4 default run-level:
* sshd
* metalog
* ntpd
* vixie-cron

On beagle systems, we'll want to have a release note about using swclock in place of hwclock on older BeagleBoards that did not come with a clock battery.
